• Flexible arrival and departure days all year round!
• Minimum stay 4 nights.
• From October 1 to April 30, € 80/night.
• From May 1 to September 30, € 90/night.
• The tourist tax is € 0.77 per person per night.
• The gîte is intended for a maximum of 4 people.
• Use of linen, towels and final cleaning are included.
• Prices include WiFi, gas, water and 15 kWh of electricity per day.
• There is a nice wood-burning stove in the living room for the colder days. Firewood is available at a small fee.
• In addition, all rooms have their own electric radiator.
• For your laundry you can go to Châteauneuf.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Gîte Au Vieux Verger is non-smoking.

 Reservations and cancellations:

• Reservations are preferably made in writing via the contact form or by email: [email protected]
• The reservation is final after reception of a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount excluding tourist tax. To be paid within 7 days after booking.
• The remaining 50% of the rental amount, the tourist tax and a deposit of € 300.00 is paid 30 days before arrival.
• For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the total rental amount, tourist tax and deposit will be paid in one go.
• The deposit will be refunded within a few days after your departure, provided that everything in and around the gîte is in the same condition as on arrival.
• Naturally, we supervise and confirm everything by email.
• Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure before 10:00 AM.
• If you cancel, the following costs will apply:

       - up to 60 days before arrival: 15% of the total rental amount.

       - up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount.

       - within 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental amount.

• No refund is possible in case of early departure.
• We are not responsible for theft and accidents during your stay.
