Inside, the house is nicely furnished. In the living area is a wood stove in the old fireplace. There are also electric radiators in all rooms, so that it is comfortable in the colder months. There's a flat screen TV with DVD player and of course there is wifi. The open kitchen contains a stove, a combination microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For your laundry you can go to Châteauneuf. In the kitchen you will also find a small breakfast table. For the evenings when you can not eat outside, there is a cozy dining room with farmers table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet. The two bedrooms are on the first floor and have double beds (1.60 x 2.00). The beds are made ready for you on arrival. On this floor you will find the second bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedding and towels are included.

On the grounds of the gite are old apple, pear and nut trees. You will also find raspberries and figs. Of course all can be picked by our guests in season. The gîte is detached and there is privacy with us, the owners. Directly at the house and further into the large garden there are opportunities to relax. Both in the sun and more in the shade. Right in front of the cottage is a covered terrace, with a table with four chairs. Fancy a nice barbecue? That is also available. 
The house is located along a country road, which is part of the walking route "Le tour du Mont Gargan".
